Hotel Beau Sejour Lucerne

We loved staff and comfort of this venue. Booked a room with nice views of the mountain and the river. It was comfy, we spent 2 nights.

I have stayed here before now, and it is still a perfectly pleasant experience.

I appreciated my 2-nights stay. The room was spotless, with balcony facing the lake.

It was wonderful stay, I did not want to leave there and would come here again. The room met all required needs, airy with a balcony to the lake. Everything was perfect, including nice room decor.

Homey hotel with airy rooms and pleasant view of the mountain and the river. Very central location, within walking distance of a baroque church.

The hotel is fairly clean with a nice design and based in a nice building.

I loved almost every detail. Obliging, brilliant people working here. This accommodation was in the very central location next to the lake so actually quite pleasant.

Our stay was fun, and we would still consider staying here again. Recently refurbished, basic double room and tasty breakfast. The staff were more than helpful this whole time. WiFi and terrace in the room and the great bed. Roof top bar was cozy and immaculately clean. Handy hotel and excellent service.

we liked staff and location of this boutique style hotel. tradiotional decor of the room. the breakfast had lots of options and included tea and coffee. the building itself was stylish with a beautiful garden.

Stylish place, good for family. It was an excellent stay, people were helpful. Got quirky room with a small bed.

Perfect for short stay, it had fantastic views and location. There was Taj Palace, max 5 mins walk to, appreciated their meals. Our junior suite had a heating system, a work desk and a sitting area. Reasonable base for 2 nights.

Welcoming service overall.

The location was GOOD, with Seecafe nearby, where we could eat. Our favourite hotel in Lucerne, staff was great.
